Hamlet the pig
I wanted to produce a large piece to show at Oxford Artweeks 2019 as part of the group exhibition Clay Works at Muster Point (venue 210). No idea why I decided on a pig but I really enjoy working at this scale!
The torso. You can see the two maquettes I made in the background.
The head.
United!
Now with legs and tail.
Survived first firing!
Glazed - three coats of oil spot brown.
Welcome to Hamlet!
